Grades
Each phone is classified into one of 4 grades - New, Grade A, B or C.
New
Handset will be unused and will have NO marks, scratches or any other defects. Box maybe opened to check contents only. All accessories originally sold with the package will be included e.g. manual, hands free kit, data cable (N.B. many phones do not includ these when originally sold).
Grade A
Front and rear housing, battery cover and keypad will be in very good condition, with no cracks. Handset may have very minor scratching associated with light usage. All handset accessories (e.g. clips and grommets) will be included. Batteries may not always be new. Phone will be completely cleaned and refurbished. All phone memories will be reset and cleared.
Grade B
Front and rear housing, battery cover and keypad will be in good condition, with no cracks. Handset may have some scratching, associated with normal/heavy use. All handset accessories (e.g. clips and grommets) may not always be included. Batteries may not be new. Phone will be completely cleaned. All phone memories will be reset and cleared.
Grade C
Front and rear housing, battery cover and keypad will be in average/poor condition, handset may have some minor cracking (not affecting normal use). Handset may be scratched, associated with heavy usage. All handset accessories (e.g. clips and grommets) may not be included. Batteries will not be new. Phone may have some visible dirt and dust. All phone memories will be reset and cleared.
